• 语音教练和自定义音色克隆
• 体重、饮食和挑战目标追踪

2. 账号注册

您需要创建账号才能使用完整功能。您同意：

• 提供真实、准确的注册信息
• 保管好账号密码，不向他人泄露
• 对您账号下的所有行为负责
• 发现账号被盗用时立即通知我们

3. 免费版与 Pro 会员

本应用提供免费版和 Pro 会员两种方案：

• 免费版：可使用核心训练记录、动作库、基础统计等功能
• Pro 会员：解锁无限 AI 建议、语音教练全部音色、AI 姿势检测、高级数据分析等功能
• Pro 会员费用通过 Apple ID 支付，按月或按年自动续费
• 可在到期前24小时取消自动续费

4. 用户行为规范

您同意不从事以下行为：

• 使用本应用从事违法违规活动
• 试图破解、逆向工程或干扰本应用
• 使用自动化工具批量访问应用接口
• 冒充他人或提供虚假信息
• 传播有害、违法或侵权内容

5. 健康与安全免责声明

重要提示：

• 本应用提供的训练建议和 AI 分析仅供参考，不构成专业医疗或健身指导
• 开始新的训练计划前，建议咨询医生或专业健身教练
• 用户应根据自身身体状况和健康水平合理运动
• 我们不对因使用本应用建议而导致的伤害负责

6. 知识产权

TrainLog provides the following services:

• Fitness workout logging and statistical analysis
• Exercise library and training plan templates
• AI training advice, session reviews, and personalized recommendations
• AI pose detection and real-time form correction
• Voice coaching and custom voice cloning
• Weight, diet, and challenge goal tracking

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to access full features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

3. Free & Pro Membership

The app offers both a free tier and Pro membership:

• Free: Core workout logging, exercise library, basic statistics
• Pro: Unlimited AI coaching, all voice coach styles, AI pose detection, advanced analytics, and more
• Pro membership is billed monthly or annually through your Apple ID, with auto-renewal
• You may cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app
• Use automated tools to bulk-access the app's APIs
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Distribute harmful, illegal, or infringing content

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Important:

• Training advice and AI analysis provided by the app is for reference only and does not constitute professional medical or fitness guidance
• Consult a doctor or certified fitness professional before starting a new training program
• Exercise according to your own physical condition and fitness level
• We are not liable for injuries resulting from following app recommendations

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the app (including but not limited to text, images, animations, software code, and AI-generated content) is protected by intellectual property law and belongs to us or the respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use such content without permission.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of your workout data. We process your data as follows:

• Store your workout records to provide the service
• Use anonymized data to improve the product
• You may delete all your data at any time within the app

8. Service Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service at any time
• Terminate your account for violations of these Terms
